DeSeguros, LLC Founder, Diana Paguaga believes that helping low to moderate income families earning up to 400 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) is her passion for living. She has over twenty years of community service. Currently, she sits on the Board of Directors of Beacon Adult Literacy; the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of America Prince William Chapter as Vice Chair; she is the liaison for the Hispanic Community at the Northern Virginia Veterans Association NovaVets; is a member of Zonta International, and Co-Chair of the Hispanic Council of the Prince William County Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is an entrepreneur at heart having established two small businesses during the past twenty years in the real estate and health insurance industries.
Although employers with fewer than fifty full time equivalent employees are exempt from the ACA employer mandate requiring the offer of health coverage; employers face the challenge of recruiting and retaining employees who often time go to other employers for health coverage. Similarly workers face the challenge of obtaining affordable health coverage to avoid ACA penalties for not having health coverage.

The ACA makes working people eligible for health care without concern about previous existing conditions that who would have disqualified for health coverage in the past. Working with small business owner, DeSeguros is dedicated to finding that the right coverage at the right cost for employers and employees so that they may begin to take ownership of their health to lead healthy and productive lives.
